GASB 96 Workshop
Course Description
Because of the increased popularity of SBITAs, the GASB issued Statement No. 96, Subscription-Based Information Technology Arrangements (GASB 96) to address the accounting treatment and financial reporting for such.
Follow along during this workshop as LeaseQuery accounting expert and ultimate guide author, Kiley Arnold walks through LeaseQuery’s Ultimate Guide for GASB 96. Kiley will define a SBITA, and take you through real-life examples of how to account for SBITAs under the new guidance.
Kiley will cover the steps to GASB 96 adoption and review how this new standard applies to your organization. She will also point out key factors to look for when beginning, working through, and completing your transition.

Kiley Arnold, CPA
Kiley Arnold is an Accounting Manager at LeaseQuery and a CPA, certified in the state of Georgia. She started her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. From there she moved into a Senior Accountant role and later served as an Assistant Controller in companies across multiple industries including healthcare, transportation, media, and manufacturing. In her most recent role, Kiley led the IFRS 16 implementation team for a global manufacturing company.
