ATLANTA – February 22, 2023 – LeaseQuery, a leading provider of software built to simplify the complexities of accounting, today announced its completion of the SOC 1 Type 2 examination for LeaseQuery Advanced, performed by a Big 4 independent public accounting firm. The company completes these examinations with its independent public accounting firm twice per year to support our customers with various year-end calendars. The examination is accessible to customers and their financial statement auditors.

“Consistently obtaining SOC reports assures our customers that we are serious about prioritizing proper processes and controls,” said Joe Schab, President and Chief Operating Officer. “Businesses and their financial statement auditors can be confident that we care about internal controls and LeaseQuery’s adherence to controls operating effectively throughout the period.”

The SOC 1, or System and Organization Controls report, was developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The report serves as an examination of controls at a service organization relevant to user entities’ internal control over financial reporting. LeaseQuery completes the examination of controls under the SOC 1 Type 2 AICPA standards with an independent public accounting firm.
